Clean the knife and cutting board before cutting fruit and vegetables

Keep raw meats away from other foods during storage and food preparation

Eat ready-to-eat foods before the due by date

Check that minced meat is cooked to the centre (70°C). Cook pan-fried chicken on all sides

Always wash hands with soap after handling raw foods
